Job Summary 职位概要Performs all laboratory tests and quality procedure needed in laboratory .Provide the consultation related to lab for the physician or patient.Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责• Monitor specimen processing..• Improve lab workflow.• Perform quality control.• Provide the related consulting for the clinical department.• Gives lectures on microbiology techniques or related diseases in laboratory• Assist team leader to train new employees the laboratory techniques .• Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.• Prepare reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.• Performs tests and sample analysis in all areas of clinical chemistry, hematology& Blood bank, microbiology, immunology and Body fluid analysis etc.• Perform quality control to ensure proper function of instruments ,reagents ,and procedure. • Recognize instrument malfunction and out of control test results and know how to resolve problem.• Maintains test equipment and instruments , follow the established procedures.• Provide consultation for the physicians and nurses related to laboratory tests, accepts the complaints, and initiates corrective actions• Participates in education class and continuing education programs, Attends workshops, Seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation , techniques and procedures as assigned by the manager and team leader.• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from manager and group leader.Job Relationships 工作关系与汇报Title of Supervisor (s):Laboratory Team LeaderFunctional Contacts:technicians, technologists Internal Stakeholder:Hospital medical team, HR, Finance, IT, SS and other support foundations External Stakeholder:Cooperation partners; Service contractors; visitors and clients if necessary Qualifications 岗位要求Education & Experience 学历背景与专业经历•Above 5 Years working experience required .•Have the Certificate of National Certification Agency •A Bachelor’s degree in laboratory medicine discipline •Good communications skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin •Understand the laboratory work flow, the tests operation rules , work independently.•Skilled in office software for example: Excel ,Word , PowerPoint•Experience in private healthcare hospital or clinic related sector will be an advantage Functional Competencies 业务要求和核心素质•Ability to deal with routine work in every laboratory area.•Ability to independently complete all laboratory related work.•Ability to release the patient results correctly.•Ability to assist lab manager and team leader on quality improvement•Ability to train staff in assigned group.•Monitor daily work quality.•Perform and monitor the internal quality control system and proficiency tests.•Ability to perform all laboratory tests according to the SOP and workflow requirements.•Ability to solve equipments daily maintenance and routine equipments trouble or have the related experience.•Good communication skills .•Good skills in using computers and LIS program, office software •Good skills to solve the complicated cases. •Ability to listening, speaking, reading and writing with English skill. •Involved with daily work in all laboratory area. •Ability to analyze and solve problem between the clinic and laboratory.•Ability to work under pressure.
