Management• Ensures effective general management of the unit; ensuring that services and functions are smoothly and effectively coordinated and maintained.• Participates in organizational committees, work-groups activities as required.• Responsible for unit’s budget submission and maintenance within prescribed limitations for both capital and staffing expenditures.• Undertakes the role of managing the nursing services as rostered in the absence of the ADONs.3.
