任职要求/岗位职责

Qualifications 资格:
 护理或医院管理专业本科及以上学历
At least bachelor’s degree preferred in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
 有能力去管理护理部的财务预算和运营计划
Ability to oversee and manage financial budgets and business/strategic planning.
 良好的客户服务技能
Strong customer service skills.
 应具有优秀的管理能力并能在医院内部实施变革。良好的人际交往能力
Individual must have outstanding leadership capabilities and be proficient at driving change throughout an organization. Strong interpersonal skills are required to coordinate the activities of diverse professional groups in order to achieve a common objective. Individual must have a strong presence and outstanding communication skills, be results driven, and act with a sense of urgency.
 具有保密意识
Ability to maintain confidential information concerning personal, financial, or medical matters.
 10年以上外资或者高端民营医院医院工作经验,至少5年以上管理经验
Above10 years working experience in a foreign-funded or hign-end private hospital; At least 5 years management experience in an international context.
Skills 技能:
 具有建立和管理一支高效团队的能力,可以与医疗、非医疗等其他部门进行有效的合作Must have proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, hospital staff and community
 具备护理专业技能和知识,对人力资源管理、员工关系和医院运营有一些了解
Must have knowledge of technical and professional skills management, general principles of human resource management, labor relations and hospital economics
Responsibilities 职责:
The responsibilities of the Chief Nursing Officer include, but are not limited to:
 确保提供的护理服务是一致的、高质量的,且是成本效益好的。为服务设定标准,制定相应的系统来监控护士所提供的服务是否达到标准,提供行为改善的措施和方法
Assure consistent, high quality, cost effective nursing services are provided with the goal of continuously improving such services, set standards for outcomes, develops appropriate systems to monitor the outcomes and oversee the implementation of process improvements.
 确保护理团队与其他医疗团队进行有效的配合
Shared and final acability for ensuring the coordination, integration and alignment of the nursing function with medical partners.
 负责招聘和保留高素质的护士,并为他们提供合适的培训机会。制定合理的评估和再评估制度,对护士的工作能力和表现进行评估和管理
Employ and retain competent, well-qualified nurses by developing and implementing recruiting standards, a rigorous credentialing, re-credentialing and evaluation process and a competitive compensation program.
 对于护士在提供高质量服务、高成本效益服务和团队合作等方面的表现进行有效的管理Assume responsibility for the effective management of all nursing activities in the areas of quality care, quality of service, cost effectiveness and teamwork.
 建设和培养积极合作的护理团队文化
Cultivate strong relationships within medical community (physician and hospital leadership)
 对护士进行培训,或者组织相应的培训课程、学术交流和讲座
Conduct and coordinate training, seminars and lectures for staff nurses
 对护士在临床和服务上的质量进行控制。定期进行护理质量检查工作,并做到有记录、分析、反馈、改进、追踪
Quality control in both clinical and service. Check the outcomes on a routine basis and maintain checking report, analysis, feedback and improvement methods
 与国际化接轨,引进国际化先进护理质量控制管理经验并结合实际开展工作
With international concept. Adopt advanced international nursing practice into daily services
