DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

5. Ensurethat the system clinical policies an******** are inl********thus guidingnursing practice. 确保系统性的临床工作制度和操作程序是一致的，从而指导护理工作的临床操作。
6. Lead,facilitate an******** patient*s clinical safetyan********management practicesamongst nursing staff, facilitatehospitaloccurrence reviews by promoting openreporting in examiningclinicalincident data. Qualifications岗位要求/招聘要求
1. Goo********, must university graduates 本科学历，良好的全面教育，
2. SingaporeNursing Board (SNB) /China Registere********PracticingCertificate 新加坡/中国注册护士证书
3. Staff strengthof >2 nursing units of at least 20 staff each 负责两个至少有20名护理人员的病房
4. Areas ofresponsibilities e.g. Committee******** >3 负责三个或以上的工作委员会/工作组/质量项目
5. NursingManagement experience of at least 3 years 至少有3年以上护理管理的经历
6. At least 4years’ experience in managemen******** in ahealthcaresetting 至少有4年在医疗机构做管理和领导的经验
