康复护理是指在康复医学理论指导下，围绕全面康复的目标，护理人员密切配合康复医师及其他康复专业人员，综合运用护理理论和技术，帮助康复对象从被动接受他人护理转变为自我护理，促进康复，提高生活质量的专业护理。

医院共有康复护士74人，护理模式由传统护理拓展为TEAM团队介入，根据患者在康复过程中的动态变化，个性化制定和调整患者的康复护理计划，并且为患者在康复训练的基础上实行了康复护理病房延续，如ADL指导（包括转移、进食、修饰、如厕等）、健康宣教等。

本院的康复护理分为三个亚专科，共10项特色专科护理规范，分别为：脑卒中防跌倒护理、防噎食护理、体位护理、皮肤护理；脊髓损伤体位护理、膀胱护理、直肠护理、压疮护理；脑损伤直肠护理、促醒护理。另外还拓展了烧伤患者的皮肤护理，以及四肢损伤患者的截肢残端护理等。

Rehabilitation Nursing

Under the rehabilitation medical theory guidance, rehab nursing is to closely cooperate with doctors and other rehabilitation professionals helping the patients to achieve the highest possible level of independence and improve their quality of life.

There are 74 nurses in the hospital, using the team work method of nursing mode, which is expanded from the traditional method. According to the dynamic changes of patients during rehabilitation process, we provide not only the personalized rehabilitation nursing plan, but the additional instructions including ADL(such as transfer, feeding, grooming, toilet, etc.), health propaganda and education, etc as well.

The rehab nursing is divided into three sub-specialities and ten specialized nursing cares, which are stroke fall prevention, anti-chocking, div position, skin, spinal cord injury, bladder, rectal, bedsore, rectal of brain injury, wake-promotion. In addition, we also expanded to the skin cares for the burning and amputation stump nursing for the amputees.
