言语治疗是为具有语言障碍患者进行相适应的检测治疗和提供必要指导、训练的治疗方法。目的是对语言障碍患者进行心理和感情的调整，提高患者语言的理解和表达能力及独立应用语言交流技巧的能力，巩固所获得的疗效，使其最终恢复与他人直接语言交流的能力。

言语治疗科共有6间拥有专业设备的言语治疗室，其中分成人治疗区和儿童治疗区，同时拥有包括失语症评估及训练系统，认知工作站，100HZ经颅磁刺激，吞咽障碍治疗仪等国际专业设备。主要服务于包括失语症、构音障碍、语言发育迟缓、听力损伤、自闭症、口吃以及吞咽障碍的治疗等存在言语障碍的患者。

言语治疗师会针对患有言语障碍及吞咽障碍的脑损伤后患者，通过不同形式的评估及检查，制定相应训练计划，以帮助患者提高沟通及吞咽功能，提高其生活质量。

Speech therapist for people with speech disorders and patients with swallowing disorder after brain injury, through different forms of assessment and examination, formulate the corresponding training plan, to help patients improve communication and swallowing function, improve the quality of life.
