作业治疗是通过协助伤残患者选择、参与、应用有目的性和有意义的活动，从而使患者预防、减少或恢复与生活有关的功能障碍（自理、工作、游戏/休闲），达到最大限度地恢复躯体康复、心理康复和社会适应，使患者能够参与社会、贡献社会并在社会环境中得以发展。

作业治疗科的治疗面积约1000多平方米，其中分综合治疗区、情景模拟治疗区、职业能力评估区、组装搬运工作站、行业工作站、手功能评估区、手功能训练区、支具制作区、压力衣制作区等功能专区。

科室现有作业治疗师9人，根据患者群体分属不同小组针对患者的种类进行相对应的团队合作、培训、治疗。主要服务于包括脑卒中、手外伤、骨科、脊髓损伤、烧伤以及脑外伤等患者，并根据不同病种进行专业分组，开设脑卒中治疗组，脊髓损伤治疗组，职业康复治疗组，手外伤及烧伤骨科治疗组。

作业治疗师主要关注患者的生活自理能力、工作能力以及娱乐休闲能力，通过任务分析及活动分析的方法，找出根本问题，结合PEO模式分析方法，从个人能力，环境干预及活动任务调整，最终达到回归家庭及社会的康复治疗目的。

Occupational Therapy

OT (Occupational Therapy, OT) is by choice, participation, to assist the disabled patients have a purpose and meaningful activities, allowing patients to prevent, reduce or restore dysfunction related to life (self-care, work, and game/leisure), to maximize the restore physical rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation and social adjustment, to enable patients to participate in society, and contribute to society and to develop in the social environment.

Sunshine rehab Center OT department operates two treatment area, each area is equipped with five functional partition, namely comprehensive treatment area, the scene simulation area, professional competency assessment area, the assembly handling workstations, industrial workstation, the hand function assessment area, the hand function training area, production area, pressure garment production area, with a area of more than 1000 square meters.

OT department is now a total of ten occupational therapists, depending on the type of group belong to different groups according to patient to carry on the corresponding team, training, treatment. Now mainly for stroke patients, hand-injured, orthopedic trauma patients, patients with spinal cord injury and patients with brain trauma, burn patients, and to provide treatment, and carries on the professional groups according to different diseases, opening stroke treatment group, the treatment of spinal cord injury group, vocational rehabilitation treatment group, hand trauma and burns the orthopedics treatment group.

Occupational therapists focus on the patient's life self-care ability, the ability to work and entertainment leisure ability, through the analysis of the tasks and activities analysis, find the root problem, combined with the PEO pattern analysis mode, from a personal capacity, environmental intervention and active task adjustment, finally achieve the aim of rehabilitation return to family and society.
